Jared Mattson

An inventive jazz- and psych rock-influenced guitarist, singer, and songwriter, Jared Mattson is best known as one-half of the sibling duo the Mattson 2. Together, he and his brother, drummer Jonathan Mattson, have carved out a distinctive niche blending the jazz tradition with '60s experimental rock, surf rock, and '70s fusion. He made his solo debut with 2023's Peanut, weaving in an '80s art-rock vibe.
