In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Hearing one sister practice violin scales over and over, while the other one blasted great music of the 70s from her bedroom stereo -- Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, ELO... Classical violin met melodic pop in my brain, invoking my passion as a tunesmith. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Billy Joel, The Stranger (Remastered) Fleetwood Mac, Rumours Super Deluxe Edition The Beatles, Rubber Soul Rubber Soul taught me how to write songs. Rumours introduced me to the famous Buckingham/Nicks vocal/songwriting synergies. The Stranger is a piano/rock masterpiece - Vienna remains one of my favorite songs. Tell us why you chose this song. “No Tomorrow” This song is about the bittersweet break-up of my college boyfriend & 1st love. Besides enjoying the double-play of the words "no tomorrow", I had the pleasure to work with some amazing musicians who brought the song to life. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Getting airplay for the first time on KFOG in San Francisco with my debut album, The Hazy Blue Project. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd love to write the best music of my career, start a faith-based music collective outside of my solo efforts, and do a duet with Paul McCartney!
