In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We both came to music through completely different routes but arrived at the same place, a shared instinct for records that felt alive. When we met, that common ground was immediately obvious, and Sweet Like Chocolate came directly out of that. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Sweet Like Chocolate (Radio Edit)” Rejected as a second single for Doolally - Straight from the Heart, this record was the battering ram that bridged the underground to the mainstream, becoming the first UK garage record to top the UK Singles Chart. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Hearing that Sweet Like Chocolate had entered the chart at number one. We had come from pirate radio and white labels. The whole scene was rooting for us. Nobody had taken UK garage to the top of the singles chart before. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
