In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest memories is my dad playing Giacomo Puccini, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Giuseppe Verdi at home. Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Above & Beyond, Tri-State Armin van Buuren, A State of Trance 2004 (Mixed By Armin Van Buuren) Various Artists, VANDIT the Digital Sessions Miami 2008 Mixed By Jon O'Bir Tri-State showed me how powerful trance could be at lower tempos—deep, melodic and emotional. Alongside Armin’s early ASOT era and John O’Bir’s emotional mixes, these albums shaped my love for driving, uplifting sounds with real atmosphere and depth. Tell us why you chose this song. “Mellow Summer” Mellow Summer is a track I always return to—it captures everything I love: sunsets, warm air, and that sense of purpose in music. It’s melodic, reflective, and timeless, and it perfectly sums up the feeling I try to create in my own sound. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable moments was playing at Turnmills, London, UK. Warming up at The Gallery, setting the tone for legends, and feeling that iconic dancefloor come alive was a defining experience in my journey. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To continue making great music that connects with people—staying true to my sound while evolving, releasing on labels I respect, and building a catalogue that stands the test of time.
