In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My sister and I would be in awe of my grandmothers guitar and we would take the top off of empty shoe boxes and put rubber bands around it like guitar strings and run around the house playing them. Then she taught me an A chord on her guitar. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Guns N' Roses, Appetite For Destruction The Clash, Sandinista! (Remastered) The Hold Steady, Stay Positive G n R's Appetite For Destruction. You can learn everything about rock n roll from that record. tay Positive by the Hold Steady. I have to listen to this record all the time or it just doesn't feel right. Tell us why you chose this song. “Rooming House” I wrote Rooming House with Todd Nance and Daniel Hutchens who both passes away during the COVID 19 pandemic and it is (in my opinion) a great song that I adore playing and listening to. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Getting to play on stage with the mighty Widespread Panic. I was playing with Bloodkin and we were opening the show and they asked me to play a song. It was near my home town and I had family and friends at the show. It was special. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I just want to keep writing, recording, and performing songs for folks that want to listen. Plus play with all the different people I can.
