About The Les Claypool Frog Brigade
Formed during a brief hiatus of Primus, the band for which he's best known, Les Claypool's Frog Brigade is one of several creative outlets for the difficult-to-categorize alt-funk-rock bassist. It's also the loosest of Claypool's bands on a personnel level, with little overlap from the group's first iterations (captured on two live albums and 2002's Purple Onion) to their long-term reactivation in the 2020s.
