Haroula Rose

Haroula Rose, whose full name is Haroula Rose Spyropoulos, was born in Chicago and spent two years in Madrid on a Fulbright scholarship starting in 2005. Upon her return to the U.S., she settled in Los Angeles and embarked on a career as a folk singer/songwriter. She self-released her debut EP, Someday, on June 24, 2009. Her full-length debut album, These Open Roads, followed in 2011. The So Easy EP was released in 2012 but it would be another 4 years before releasing Here the Blue River in 2016. ~ William Ruhlmann
