Orchestra New England

The New Haven, Connecticut-based Orchestra New England, in recent years, has focused on the music of Charles Ives. As the group's website notes, it is "unsurpassed among musical ensembles between New York and Boston in the number of recordings it has created." The orchestra's founding director, James Sinclair, an important Ives scholar, has helmed recordings of many obscure Ives works. In 2024, Orchestra New England released Charles Ives: Orchestral Works, which included several world premieres.
