In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. After a concert with my band Angel Paint, Julie Frost asked if I wrote for kids—she thought my humor and style were a perfect fit. I tried it and fell in love. All these years later, I still love performing for children just as much. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Barenaked Ladies, Snacktime! Brady Rymer, Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could, Here Comes Brady Rymer and the Little Band That Could Ralph's World, Ralph's World At the Bottom of the Sea These 3 records inspired and informed me as a children's songwriter. My approach is a bit more from the Mom point of view than these fine gentlefolk but I Rock with the best of them. Thanks for the launch guys! Tell us why you chose this song. “The World Is a Wonderful Place” As I was walking home from the store with my 2 kids ages 3 & 5, the older one exclaimed "The world is a wonderful place" I said "yes it is, for a kid. It's where we live"! That's the hook, I asked them why and their answers are the verses. Love that
