In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first big concert was a Christian concert - Carmen - that I went to with my bible study group when I was very young. My next one was ZZ Top which I liked much better! I saw them in Phoenix with my best friend Louis & his older sister Sherrie. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? DEVO, Freedom of Choice John Prine, John Prine Calexico reminds me of living in Tucson, where I went to college. Devo reminds me of my uncles, because Mark & Bob are my uncles. John Prine reminds me of my dad because he plays John on guitar. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Hearing my music on a TV show for the first time with my friends. I think it was an ill-fated show on NBC called LAX with Heather Locklear. The show didn't last long but we'd gather every week to watch and listen to the score. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd like to record in the old studios across the country before they disappear.
