In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We began as the improv-leaning house band for the Feral Media label in 2005. Our philosophy was "ego-less" collaboration, and we jammed in renovated old sewing machine factory in Sydney's inner west. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Pavement, Wowee Zowee (Sordid Sentinels Edition) Sunnyboys, Sunnyboys (Expanded Edition) The Cure, Boys Don't Cry These records just sound so right. Great songs and great art. Special energy. Tell us why you chose this song. “Bombs In The Distance (Berlin 1989)” There's an embryonic version of this song on our 2007 debut album. This new version is the best! There's a line in lyrics about the "clueless hitchhiker". That's gonna be the title of our 2026 album. It rocks! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Our recent resurgence. New band members Mick (bass) and Chris (lead guitar) have completely revitalised the band. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We'd love to play in Japan. We love the little bars in Tokyo.
