In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. At age 7, I spent my pocket money on the Peer Gynt Suite vinyl album by Edvard Grieg. Tell us why you chose this song. “Human Voices (From "Till Human Voices Wake Us")” A track from my debut feature film score, a poignant film about loss and regret starring Helena Bonham Carter and Guy Pearce. The strings were recorded on 2-inch tape, which gave them a beautiful and unique warmth.
