About Flow Tribe
In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories was watching my grandfather play his acoustic guitar and sing when I was a small child. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Miles Davis, Kind of Blue Pink Floyd, The Dark Side of the Moon Remastered The Meters, Rejuvenation These 3 albums were very crucial to my musical perspective. Each album was groundbreaking at the time of release. Not a bad song to be found! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “You Know What It's About (feat. Mannie Fresh)” We are very proud of this collaboration. We were able to get in touch with Mannie Fresh and he was excited to work on this track. It turned into a full album collaboration and we couldn't be more proud of the results. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? We've been privileged to collaborate with such New Orleans music legends as Allen Toussaint, Irma Thomas, Ivan Neville, Big Freedia, and Mannie Fresh to name a few. Very grateful to have performed many times at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Even after 20 years of performing we are always looking forward to new opportunities and new collaborations! We aspire to play iconic venues across the country such as Red Rocks.
