Ozark Henry

Artfully idiosyncratic Belgian songwriter Piet Goddaer (aka Ozark Henry) is known for his immersive, genre-bending style, drawing upon alt-pop, electronic, classical, and even avant-garde influences. Emerging in the late '90s, he broke through to mainstream success with 2001's Birthmarks. He has consistently reached the Top Ten in his native country with albums like 2004's The Sailor Not the Sea, 2006's The Soft Machine, 2010's Hvelreki, and 2013's Stay Gold; the latter three all hitting number one. He recorded with the National Orchestra of Belgium on 2015's Paramount and returned to the Top Five with 2017's Us. The lushly atmospheric August Parker arrived in 2025.
