In his modern trap and cloud rap tracks, German rapper T-Low often explores the theme of drug use, but also talks about relationships and other lifestyle-related topics. He began posting his first songs online in 2017. He released his debut album Litty Way in 2020, only to take it offline a year later to promote Benzo Diaries as his actual debut. His breakthrough came in 2022, when his singles "Sehnsucht" and "We Made It" went to the top of the German charts, while his third album Percocet Party reached number three. An album with Miksu & Macloud, Oops!, followed in 2023, as did his fourth solo record Drug Related Lifestyle. In early 2025, T-Low announced that he would take a break from music but he returned in November that year with his serious-minded fifth album Real Music, which had a more pop-punk oriented sound.
