Los Angeles indie pop fixture Jeremy Jay plays dreamy, stream-of-consciousness music inspired by synth pop, '50s innocence, and above all, movies. His 2007 Dreamland EP was conceived as the soundtrack to a short film by the same name, starring Jay. That November, he returned with the Airwalker EP, followed by the full-length album A Place Where We Could Go in spring 2008. ~ Heather Phares
