About Pancho Barraza
Singer-songwriter Pancho Barraza has been one of the most popular and prolific Regional Mexican music artists since the 1990s. ∙ Before releasing his 1995 solo debut album, Mis Canciones De Amor, Barraza played in the groups Banda San Sebastian, Banda Camino, and Banda Los Recoditos. ∙ Las Románticas de Pancho Barraza—his 2002 compilation of love songs—reached No. 12 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart. ∙ In 2005, he scored a Top 5 radio hit with “Y Las Mariposa.” ∙ “Por Que?” and “La Fuerza del Amor” both reached the Top 10 of Billboard’s Mexico Airplay chart in 2020.
