About Marie-Chantal Toupin
A Canadian musician born on July 14, 1971, Marie-Chantal Toupin was a critical and commercial success in the Francophone music world. The Montreal-born singer released her first album, Apres Tout, in 2000, which was quickly followed with a self-titled follow-up. Her 2003 album, Maudit Bordel, was a Juno Award nominee for Francophone Album of the Year, and in 2004 she played the Foire Brayonne festival. Her platinum-selling Non-Negociable was released in 2005 and re-released in 2007 as a touring edition, and the new version was also a chart success. ~ Chris True
