Divine Eve

Divine Eve were a short-lived trio out of Plano, TX, featuring the strangely named Lanthorvaar (vocals/guitar/bass), Michael A. Sleavin (guitar/vocals), and Matt Killen (drums). Their sole EP, 2003's As the Angels Weep, combined elements of primal black metal acts such as Hellhammer or Bathory with the doom/death sloth of a Paradise Lost, generally with quite effective results. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
