About John Lindsay

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My First clear memory of being really excited to listen to music was in the 1970s when I got my first transistor radio and tuned into the famous pirate radio station radio caroline. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Neil Young, Neil Young Archives Vol. II (1972 - 1976) The Rolling Stones, Jump Back - The Best of the Rolling Stones '71 - '93 (Remastered 2009) Wishbone Ash, Argus (Double Disc Version) Double Disc Version I grew up listening to these Artists/Bands and although I love to listen to contemporary music I still return to Wishbone Ash, The Rolling Stones and Neil Young 50 years later. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Hey Yeah” Hey yeah was a really fun song to write with my co-writer Grainne McGlone. We got a big suprise when we performed it live when the audence danced and sang the chorus back to us. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Meeting up with my Co-writer Grainne McGlone at her music event in 2016. We have written loads of great songs together and Grainne now performs vocally with me on stage and on our recorded single 'Beach House' Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to have my music on TV and Film and of course to bring my band to play at Wembley Stadium! Actually any stadium would do.
