In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Started rapping at 7 years old and singing at 10. At 10 there was a talent show audition of like 10 of us. Let’s just say they told me I would go last and that was a lie. They made me go first lol. It broke me so bad I didn’t sing again till an adult What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 2Pac, All Eyez On Me Michael Jackson, Thriller XXXTENTACION, 17 Mj has been the inspo from day 1. I wanted to be him as a child. X I get my introspectiveness I would say. And Tupac just knows how to rhyme like no other. Which I try to bring my rap skills to mix with my singing. Big influences! Tell us why you chose this song. “Parasocial” This song is dear to me because it was written in essence of a crush I was too scared to talk to. All my life I’ve been that way with crushes. But with this one I actually took a step and felt proud of myself. Only for her to soon move countries. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Either my performance for bandlab which I was terrified of, but still hopped on stage lol. Or the fans. I’ve always been scared to do music because of what friends & family would say. So hearing anyone be a fan, for something I love feels amazing. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I wanna heal the world. Like genuinely that’s why I set out to do music in the fist place. As optimistic as it sounds, I just wanna touch as many people as I can. That feel forgotten, misunderstood, depressed, angry etc. Hopefully my music is an out.
