In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is being a kid in Kingman, Arizona, using songs as a place to disappear. I was drawn to music that felt bigger than the room I was in. Later, guitar, piano, and writing became my way to create that same feeling.
