In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was younger, I wrote poetry and even tried rapping. Music was how I processed everything I couldn’t say out loud. Each song I make now still carries pieces of those emotions and the stories I once put into words. Why did you choose these three albums in particular? “心动时差 (Heartbeat Lag)” “心跳为你 (Heartbeats For You)” Heartbeats For You and Heartbeat Lag capture two sides of love — one full of warmth, the other of distance. It’s about feeling someone’s heartbeat through the silence — that space between messages where emotion lingers longer than words. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Hearing my song Heartbeats For You played by listeners across different countries for the first time was surreal. It reminded me that music truly travels beyond language — emotion connects us all. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to keep creating songs that make people feel seen — especially those who hide their emotions behind a calm face. If my music can comfort someone at their lowest, that’s the real goal.
