Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Anson Seabra, Welcome to Wonderland - Single Jax, Like My Father - Single John Legend, Love in the Future (Expanded Edition) From “Welcome to Wonderland” when I need soft courage, to “Like My Father” setting the love I want—steady, kind—to “All of Me,” vows in melody. Tell us why you chose this song. “Half My Closet” Half My Closet is the moment I stopped shrinking to fit. It’s a boundary set to melody—choosing peace, keeping kindness, and keeping myself. Written after a hard season; singing it feels like opening the curtains and breathing again. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Three moments I carry: Machine Gun Kelly shared my track; “Broadway Lights (Sugar & Spice)” reached 500 YouTube views; and my sister cried the first time she heard “Half My Closet.” Validation, strangers singing along, and family healing. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Bucket list: keep making songs that help people heal. If a lyric makes someone feel seen, breathe easier, or choose kindness, that’s the win. Stadiums would be amazing—but changing one day for one person means more.
