Aziedoesntexist's languid and melodic flow belies the highly expressive nature of her pained songwriting. Supported by a joint deal with Runway Records and 10K Projects, the Atlanta-based rapper (born Samweeya Amatullah) made her label debut in 2025 with the downcast "Fade Away," and broke through in 2026 with "Everglades," a heartbroken outpouring that went viral. As "Everglades" continued to catch on beyond social media, Aziedoesntexist's catalog continued to grow that year with subsequent tracks such as "You Instead," "3AM Freestyle," "No One Else," and "Love Scars," followed by the numbed ballad "Back to Her (This Is Real?"). In June, she began a ten-date U.S. tour supporting North Carolinian TopOppGen.
