In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest memories are of my dad’s vinyls: Phil Collins, Elton John, Cyndi Lauper. By 2011, I was writing Western RnB songs, chasing the same magic I grew up hearing. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jon Bellion, The Human Condition Lecrae, Real Talk Phil Collins, ...But Seriously (Remastered) These three albums shaped my life: Lecrae’s Real Talk with its hard truths, Phil Collins’s ...But Seriously with its soothing melodies, and Jon Bellion’s The Human Condition with its painfully relatable stories. Tell us why you chose this song. “Energy” Energy is my first track and the introduction to RXDO - a statement of who I am, why this project exists, and the kind of music I’m here to share. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I loved Energy but doubted how it would be received. The positive feedback from my co-creators motivated me to keep going, make more music, and fully embrace my identity as an artist. This was an awesome memory. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? The journey just began, literally everything is left on my bucket list.
