In the artist’s words: What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Maxwell, Maxwell's Urban Hang Suite Michael Jackson, Off the Wall Stevie Wonder, Songs in the Key of Life Off The Wall showed me the magic of rhythm and performance. Songs in the Key of Life expanded my view of what soul music could say. Urban Hang Suite taught me how intimacy and atmosphere could speak louder than words. It captures the moment I finally stepped into my own sound—romantic, vulnerable, and honest. It’s the beginning of everything for me. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Singing at the Java Jazz Festival with Duwende felt like stepping into a dream—jet lagged, hyped, and vibing with thousands of people who somehow knew who we were and sang every note. Still one of the coolest stages I’ve ever touched. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There’s so much still on the list—dropping a full album, touring my own music, and hearing a crowd sing my lyrics back to me. That last one? That’s the dream.
