In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember writing my first sing when I was 11 years old. I played it to my guitar teacher, using the first 3 chords that he taught me. It was a song called 'shooting star'. That was technically my first ever performance. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 10 Good Songs, Theo Katzman, Be the Wheel Feist, The Reminder (Deluxe Version) Wilco, The Whole Love (Deluxe Version) These albums make me feel small and infinite at the same time. I think they achieve this through a magical combination of the perfect stories and the most unpretentious yet intensely beautiful musical arrangements. I love this song because I feel I have managed to encapsulate the uncertainty that occupies life like a thick fog, sometimes intoxicating and sometimes suffocating. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Having Elton John talk about my other band, Parekh & Singh on an Apple Music radio show was definitely unreal ! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I am just getting started. I would love to tour the world, and take my songs to people on every continent.
