In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The moment Chubina came to life. Before East Duo existed, Levani shared a home recording from Tbilisi with Mamuka and Giorgi in Poti. Made on an iPhone 6 with wired earphones, Giorgi added bass remotely, and Mamuka finalized it in Audio Evolution. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Nisli” Favorite from a creative perspective. We recorded it repeatedly, testing ideas and rewriting parts as it evolved. It showed us how much a track can change after recording - how experimentation, patience, and motivation lead to entirely new ideas. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Filming our first live music video in Svaneti with the Kingsmen Records team, at 3,000m, remains one of our most defining moments. Surrounded by mountains and silence, the experience reshaped how we approach music and visual storytelling. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? 2025 has been a redefining year for us. We’ve only just begun to grow, and there’s still so much ahead - performing live around the world and continuing to create music that connects deeply with people across cultures and places.
