Idle Heirs

Post-metal project Idle Heirs is the work of Coalesce vocalist Sean Ingram and producer Josh Barber. The band was first conceived when Coalesce was in a period of prolonged dormancy, but Ingram and Barber explored more experimental and melodic sounds than the chaotic hardcore Coalesce was known for. The duo released their debut album Life of Violence on Relapse Records in 2025.
