In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories was when my mom and dad took me to watch a military band on the Navy base where my father worked. I really liked the sound coming from the trombone section. I later played trombone in marching band as a freshman. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? LL COOL J, LL Cool J Stryper, Can't Stop the Rock - The Stryper Collection 1984-1991 U2, The Best of U2 (1990-2000) U2 is my all time favorite band with their innovative style and I admire the way they used their platform to discuss real world issues. LL Cool J was my earliest rap influence and still has an amazing flow. Stryper broke the secular/Christian barrier Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Three in the Morning” This song reflects my own personal struggle and the struggles of people I know and care deeply about. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I performed at a Billy Graham Youth Crusade and the outdoor crowd was palpable! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would love to work with pioneers of rap music. I also look forward to collaborating with more and more current artists.
