The Orchestra (For Now)

London-based art rock group The Orchestra (For Now) take an organic approach to prog-rock infused with post-irony, varied instrumentation, and constantly twisting song structures. They share DNA with other bands coming up through Brixton's infamous scene-making venue The Windmill, particularly comparable to early Black Country, New Road. Formed in early 2023 by friends Joe Scarisbrick and Neil Thompson, they quickly ascended through London's live scene, finding a home at The Windmill. Accolades followed, as they were granted the Green Man Rising Award. Later that same year, their debut single, "Wake Robin," emerged, which would go on to appear on their debut EP, 2025's Plan 75.
