Taking his moniker from a 15th century Portuguese explorer, singer, songwriter, and producer, Zarko crafts a compelling mix of indie pop, hip-hop, and EDM. He first emerged with the 2021 single "Do U Wanna Ride?" before refining his sound into a dreamy mix of acoustic pop and modern production. Drawing inspiration from artists like Lana Del Rey, the Weeknd, and Calcutta, he gained attention with viral singles such as "1,2,3," "Só Faltam 10," and "Belém A Camberra." His debut album, Simbiose, arrived in 2025, followed by the single "Vertigens" in 2026.
