In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My dad playing Toots and the Maytals for me is my earliest musical milestone. I felt an instant, powerful connection to that rhythm. It completely rewired my brain and showed me what music is supposed to feel like What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Peter Bjorn and John, Writer's Block Teddybears, Rock 'n' Roll Highschool Toots & The Maytals, In the Dark "Rock 'n' Roll Highschool" was way ahead of its time; the sound design on "Yours to Keep" completely shaped our Stockholm roots. "In the Dark" feeds our love for Jamaican ska fusion, and "Writer's Block" inspires us to keep trusting the process. We blended years of influences, from energetic Jersey club drums to intricate vocal chops, with lyrics that are completely heartbreaking. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The 24 hours after a minor viral moment. Suddenly everyone wanted a piece of the geez. It was intense but also eye opening, first time we both though that maybe we're on to something here. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Guys, we are literally just getting started. I think both of us have a couple of dream features that we would love to have on a song or two.
