Indie folk duo Buffalo Traffic Jam sing heartfelt acoustic songs that reflect the rugged landscapes of their Montana home. Frankie Cassidy and Nathan Ross met during college in Bozeman, Montana, and began releasing music in 2024, building up a regional profile that went national with the gritty "Forgot Your Roots," their first viral hit. By mid-2020, the pair had signed a major-label deal with Arista and begun touring the U.S. "Fool's Gold," from their second EP, Take Me Home, became an even bigger streaming hit in late 2025, significantly boosting the band's profile. They kicked off 2026 with "I Don't Care."
