In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember singing to my younger sister when my Mom was still pregnant with her- I'd ask to sing to the baby and would place my head against her belly and sing. It felt like an invocation of sorts. It's truly my earliest memory. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jai Paul, Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones) Spice Girls, Spice Stevie Wonder, Songs in the Key of Life I grew up listening to Stevie Wonder, one of the most formative artists for me. Spice was the first album I remember wanting to listen to myself and it still hits! Jai Paul's leaked album really inspired me as a producer, even the demos / in process. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “So Material (Eurydice)” This song is the most emotional song I've written. It's about love and grief and I didn't realize the ghost of my friend was present in the song until I started crying in the vocal booth. Even performing live, I feel something outside of this realm. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When I got to sing at Central Park SummerStage! I sang BGV for Baker Boy and performed in front of a stadium crowd. It was electrifying and I can't wait to do it again under my solo project! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'm really excited to start touring - especially internationally! I've always been drawn to meeting artists in new cities and I can't wait to share my new projects :)
