Jasson Arellano

Jasson Arellano is a Mexican regional singer, songwriter, and musician from Tijuana, Baja California. Born in 2001, he was inspired to pursue music after seeing Marca Registrada perform and further influenced by groups like Grupo 360 and Nuevos Ilegales. After years playing bass with local bands, Arellano overcame severe insecurity related to obesity, undergoing gastric bypass surgery in 2023 and losing more than 250 pounds. He launched his solo career in 2024 with Atemporal Live Session - Vol. 1, and his early singles impressed Marca Registrada, leading to a deal with their Magic Entertainment label. He released Nueva Era in 2024, followed by Dineral (2025), the collaborative EP Dualidad (2026), and Frosty later that year.
