Rifle

London-based punk outfit Rifle channel anarchist energy and working-class values, taking on politics and society through a mix of punk, garage, and Oi! Vocalist Max Williams and bassist Ross Whelan met in 2022, both stuck in a dead-end job. They decided to start a band to escape the monotony. To round out the group, they recruited drummer Flynn Whelan and guitarists Albert Dury and William Louis Bramwells. They spent a couple of years playing the punk circuit around London, and by 2024 had landed support slots for the likes of the Chisel and the Chats. They released their eponymous debut album in 2026.
