In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up in church watching my mother sing. There was so much power and soul that went into her every note and you could feel it, everyone felt it. I knew from a very young age I wanted to be just like her and command a room with just my voice. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Qlc” After years of giving up on singing and writing music, "QLC" was the song that put me back in a creative headspace and gave me the courage to step into my artistry. The lyrics feel incredibly reflective, regardless of where I am in life. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Also known as the "Mother Church of Country Music" the Grand Ole Opry has launched so many artists and their careers, not to mention the 130 year buildings' acoustics are unreal! It would be an honor to perform there one day.
