Ave Mujica

Part of Bushiroad's BanG Dream!, a multi-media franchise comprising anime, manga, mobile games, and a slew of fictional bands, Ave Mujica is the project's flagship theatrical metal act. Emerging in 2023, Ave Mujica set the tone with their first single, "Black Birthday," which showcased the project's affinity for opulent symphonic metal and gothic theatricality, and featured on Alea Jacta Est, the group's debut EP. 2024's Elements became the band's first EP to gain national recognition, reaching the upper echelons of both the Oricon and Billboard charts. Bolstered by the streaming hit "Killkiss," Ave Mujica's first full-length effort, 2025's Completeness, followed a similar trajectory, reaching number one on the Oricon Anime Albums chart. A career-spanning compilation, Ave Musica, arrived the following year.
