In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Despite having taken piano and drum lessons in my childhood, I started really developing an interest in music once I picked up my Dad's old guitar. I remember learning the melody to the James Bond theme and wondering what else I could do. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Avenged Sevenfold, City of Evil Dream Theater, Octavarium Muse, Black Holes and Revelations City of Evil and Octavarium were both my all-time favorite albums at one point. I was always more of a metal head in my teens and twenties, and those influences still remain, though I have come to embrace a bit of the softer side in Chill Lofi. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Ascent” This is my favorite track from my first release. With footsteps walking up a mountain path near the summit, this song gives me a bittersweet sense of accomplishment and also an end to a journey. It feels like uplifting yet reluctant closure. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career has been my first release. I found a lot of support from friends and family and was quite surprised at the responses I received. It was very moving as I hadn't shown my music to many people prior. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There are plenty of things left on my bucket list, but at the end of the day, the most important thing for me is to keep finding creative fulfillment and satisfaction with my music. I look forward to continuing to learn and improve myself!
