Cuatro De Oro

Cuatro De Oro is a Mexican regional band based in Phoenix, Arizona. The group was formed in 2022 by four experienced musicians from the area who shared a common interest in the sierreño style. From the very outset, the group set out to revitalize the genre by fusing its traditional elements with contemporary sounds, for instance, adding electronic beats and higher tempos. Released in 2023, Cuatro De Oro's debut, Seguimos Dejando Marca (En Vivo), featured the song that would become their biggest hit, "Gente Corriente." The band kept building its reputation over the next few years with constant touring and social media activity. Homenaje A Don Triny, dedicated to the late virtuoso requinto player, appeared in 2025.
