In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Opening for Talib Kweli before our album released. It was a packed house at the independent in San Francisco and we were well received. We put on a good show, sold merch and received great feedback What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Goodie Mob, Soul Food Hieroglyphics, 3rd Eye Vision Wu-Tang Clan, Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) [Expanded Edition] Enter The Wu is the epitome and standard for crew rap albums. 3rd Eye Vision is lyrically home grown in the Bay Area and defied the prevailing culture at the time in the Bay. Goodie Mob blended the streets with soul and the south perfectly. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Rapping on Sway In The Morning in New York City and performing at the Oakland Coliseum is a tie. While one was the ultimate hip-hop feat in the presence of legends the other was a major accomplishment for four rappers born and raised in the Bay Area Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Performing in Asia, Africa, and Australia is a must for us. Performing at Outsidelands festival is also high on our list as it's here in the Bay Area. Having our music featured in film, television and video games are on the list as well.
