In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. This was tough, but I think I was 4 or 5 the first time I heard Mambo No. 5 while I was on the way to school. I had a Walkman FM radio. I couldn't help but jump and dance around. Every time I hear that song it takes me back to 1999. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dance Gavin Dance, Mothership NxWorries, Yes Lawd! Skrillex, F*CK U SKRILLEX YOU THINK UR ANDY WARHOL BUT UR NOT!! <3 These 3 albums pretty much sum up who I am as an artist and a person. NxWorries has this addicting finesse and swagger, Dance Gavin Dance has been one of my favorites since 2011, and everything Skrillex does is so abstract and forward thinking. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Rebranding from my old project Madhatter! was a huge shift. I recently released my first track with Monstercat, which is something I have been trying to do for like 10 years. Excision playing my song Vibe Check at the Lost Lands main stage in 2024. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I've always wanted a song on Rocket League. Collaborating with my biggest electronic influences Skrillex, Lido, or KOAN Sound. Being able to play EDC, Lost Lands, or Electric Forest has to happen at some point.
