In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest memories with music is being really little and just knowing I wanted to do it. I just knew it felt important to me. Music felt like the one place I could disappear into my own world. I always knew this was what I was going to do. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, Nothing Was the Same (Deluxe) Nothing Was the Same by Drake for the emotion and confidence, Victory Lap by Nipsey because of the legacy he left behind, and Tha Carter III by Lil Wayne it’s iconic, creative, and reminds me why I fell in love with rap. I think what makes it stand out is the energy. It feels confident and playful, but still hard. It’s one of those tracks where you can tell we believed in it while we were making it.
