In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. I started rapping at the age of 10 with my neighborhood friends and later found interest in music production in 2016 during my last days in Highschool. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? JAŸ-Z, The Blueprint 3 Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Wizkid, Made In Lagos i grew up listening to a lot of Rap music, Afrobeats & dancehall which influenced my creativity. kanye west was my favorite because he was a producer and rapper and it really inspired me to push towards that path. Tell us why you chose this song. “Calling (Instrumental)” the song is a beat track i created last year summer and i really enjoy making music during summer time because i have always loved being in the tropics while i appreciate Nature. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? my most memorable moment was the time i performed my song at an event in lagos which had a good remark from the audience. many of them told me i should keep it going and they would love to hear more from me soon. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I actually have a lot on my bucket list but Firstly I will love to meet many of my childhood heroes and I will also like to tour other regions like Europe and south America
