I'm lying on the carpeted floor of the living room listening to Autoamerican by Blondie, the cover of the vinyl on the floor in front of me. I loved the cover image, the way they look, the way New York looks, the sound of her and the band. RAPTURE. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? The Cure, The Head On the Door Remastered The Police, Zenyatta Mondatta (Remastered) my bloody valentine, Loveless The Cure is glorious. I'm still in love. It represents the best of alternative rock to me. Zenyatta Mondatta is a fascinating mix of new wave and reggae rhythms, Loveless created an entire alternate universe that is still being explored. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dream State” This was one of our first songs, and has a lightness and pulsating groove that became key aspects of what would be the Nyte Skye sound to come. We wrote it during lockdown, it was an escape. We are lost in a dream, oblivious to the outside world.
