In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My dad had a show when I was about 3 years old. When I saw him playing, I walked right up the stage and insisted that I would play as well. So I stayed on the stage the whole show. Kanye West, Yeezus Nine Inch Nails, The Downward Spiral Explicit Version The Beatles, Abbey Road (2019 Mix) What I love about these artists is the creative freedom and love for the craft and exploring. They aren’t afraid to be weird and alternative, yet they are (or used to be) somehow accessible to the general public. Tell us why you chose this song. “Healing” Healing was written in about 7 hours, out of a deep love for someone very fragile struggling with their mental health. It was a very spontaneous writing process, and I believe it became one of my biggest hits – without ever trying to make it one.
