In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My parents bought me Mcdonalds; a kids meal; I must've been no older than 10. The kids toy was a Barbie "Purse" shaped notepad. I wrote my first ever songs on there. I remember singing them to my sister and family, so proud about what I was making. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Hiatus Kaiyote, Choose Your Weapon Noname, Room 25 Solange, A Seat at the Table I have soo many favorites, it truly depends on time and mood. But these three projects impacted me so much; as an artist; as a healer; as an advocate, and as a woman.
