In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a child, my parents would always put on the radio at the weekend for breakfast. We would listen to our local radio station, which played the latest pop and rock hits from the 2000s. One of the better musical periods, for sure! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? David Guetta, Nothing But the Beat Ultimate Flo Rida, Wild Ones Timbaland, Shock Value Those albums contain some of my favourite songs from one of my favourite eras in music: the period between 2005 and 2015. We should bring back the electro-pop style that was popular around 2010. So much amazing music was released around this time! Tell us why you chose this song. “Whispers Of The Orient” The song that started 'EAST', my EP inspired by sounds and instruments commonly found in the Middle East and other asian countries. I embedded a lot of those sounds and instruments into the context of electronic music. I'm happy how it turned out! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 2022, I took part in the Kia Creator Contest, a musical competition organised by SoundCloud and sponsored by Kia. I won with my entry, 'Inspire', and had the privilege of filming a short documentary about the influence of nature on our music. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Well, I guess entering the Billboard Hot 100 would be a milestone, but we'll see.
